About Annette

Annette O'Sullivan is an All-Ireland Champion tin whistle player and music teacher from West Limerick. She has over 15 years of experience teaching tin whistle and flute through Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann..

Annette currently teaches at the Trad Academy in Newcastle West, offers private one-to-one lessons from home, and provides online classes (one-to-one and group) for students wherever in the world they are based.

She also brings music into primary schools, offering lessons that fit naturally into the timetable and helping teachers bring more music into the classroom. Music can play a special role in school life - building confidence, sparking creativity, and adding something memorable to occasions such as Holy Communions and Confirmations.

Looking ahead, Annette will soon be introducing ukulele classes, giving students even more opportunities to enjoy music in a fun and accessible way.
